Hi guys - more progress on sorting out the '74 TR6 which equals more problems to address!

The clutch return spring is missing. Any reason why I can't source a similar one from a local hardware store?

It looks like the accelerator spring missing as well, but not sure if all years TR6 had them (probably did). Can anyone shed some light on that for me?

Thanks!

Re: Clutch and Accelerator return spring are missing

I couldn't find a match for the accelerator spring, so I just ordered it from TRF.

Re: Clutch and Accelerator return spring are missing

TDSKIP, Moss shows one for all years, just different for '73 on, but I don't recall seeing them on the later cars. I have added them to help that return conglomeration on the later cars. If you have the little tab on the fire wall, I would be inclinded to add one. As info the brake pedal did not have one on the left hand drive cars.
