So I am painting the doors this weekend. The striker and restraint assemblies are going to look really bad unless I clean them and get rid of the oxidation. Any suggestions?

I glass bead blasted mine and then did the fake cadmium coat spray paint system from Eastwood on mine.

Thanks for the help, I was hoping there was an easier way of cleaning them up instead of blasting in the cold. You know, something truly lazy. So I got my pressure tank blaster going, already had glass in it. It took longer to set up then the job. Don't think I will use the cadmium though.
