cleaning and care old top and tonneau cover?

Hi guys, I got a great deal on e-bay for an original top and tonneau cover. They have some grunge but in good but dusty shape. My question is, what would be the best way to clean and refurbish them? Wash with regular soap and son of a gun them? What are your thoughts gang? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
 
Clean them with soft bristle brush and mild detergent (not the plastic windows). I use "RagTop" cleaner/conditioner. It doesn't streak off onto the car when it rains. You might also look into some plastic window cleaner/polisher for the windows. Any good detailing shop has products made for convertibles. I've found that they are worth the extra money. But that is just my opinion.
 
Meguiars also has a vinyl/rubber/plastic treatment that works pretty well once you give them a good cleaning with mild detergent as Trevor suggests.
 
I've found that as long as the material isn't overly dried out the vinyl cleans up really well. I even hit a throw-away top with Armour All and it looked brand new afterwards.
Per Trevor and Rob's suggestions, I'd use something a bit more specific and gentle if it was a keeper.
