Cleaning a hood pad

I have a car that has anti-freeze stains on the hood pad. I can buy a new molded pad, but the shipping is by freight and is $200 from California to sunny Indiana.

Does anyone know a good way to clean the anti-freeze out of the pad? It is this fluffy insulation stuff.
Thanks!

I don't have any ideas on cleaning the pad other than patting it with a sponge full of soapy water and rinsing.
You can always mask the spots with a spray dye or spray paint.
