TR2/3/3A Choke cable question TR3

Hi folks-- I'm trying to connect the choke cable to its proper location with the carbs but neither the Haynes manual nor the Moss diagrams show where/how the choke cable fastens. I also wonder if I'm missing a part.

I also know that I need to attach a new choke/throttle connecting link (part # 67 in my Haynes manual) from the lever cam but to what, I don't know-- big gaps between the spaces in the diagrams so I'm not sure! Anybody got a blow up of the SU carb or something from a manual showing the connections?

Thanks! (I guess another good example of why many manuals are good).

If you send me your e-mail I'll send you a PDF pic of the spot.

Let me know if you are still needing any pictures. The front panel is off my car just now, so it would be easy to take some for you.

Thanks guys but I've got it now. I was also missing a little part to which the connecting rod attached-- called the swivel pin. I got it from V-British and all is connected. As always, appreciate the help-- this is a great forum!

If it's not out the door I'll give $50 more!!

Too late--- We have swapped papers and now waiting for the transport truck. Now you deal with the new owner!

If I had 6 more TR3's I could have lost a lot more money!
