For those of you in No. Cal who missed the Chico show, you missed a great event. There were 22 Big Healeys (And one Bug Eye) All were "tens" and even the judges had a hard time cause they all got lots of votes. All marques were represented but not in the numbers like Healeys.
400 miles drive for us but she ran great at 22 mpg and no oil needed.
Now if I could only get the spring parts. It squeeked a lot as I had to put the old parts in again (with penitrating oils as lubricant).
Driving season has arrived!

While you were away the Snowball Rally folks were in Tahoe. We ran across a couple in a white BJ8 on Sun.

TH!! It otta squeak you not suppose to put things in with penetrating oil, even if they be old, only take things out. When you put things in you pose to use Coppa-Slip like I told Chu. I don"t know what those rally folks were doin up there en the snow be all gone.--Keoke-

A guy around the corner from me has a white BJ8 (like mine, small world huh?)Were you on the sough shore?
I just put thing back together for the trip and didn't bother to run a rag through the bushings. Probably just metal to metal but I didn't care at that point. All being replaced anyway. The pins finally arrived today so now the fun begins. I got new (rebuilt) shocks on the way too. Thanks to all who helped.
