I almost drove off the road when the song came on the radio in my truck earlier this year. Thank goodness for SiriusXM, now I know that it was recorded by Piero Umiliani in 1969, and apparently it was a mainstream release. (I actually took a pic of the display screen & sent it to my sister)
Excuse me while I go watch it on YouTube for the rest of the day...
