I can't think of any other songs he did, but I'm sure he did others. That one used to play constantly on the radio in my "ute."

Loved it....but, I would never say 'eclectic' when describing you, Boss! hehehehe

You Think YOU'RE eclectic - check out the Charlie Rich I remember most:

When my wife and started dating (both d-i-v-o-r-c-e-d), 'Behind closed doors' was our song. All of our friends were stunded because we were so different. Said we would never last. That was 36.5 years ago.

None of their marriages lasted, so....'Who's got the last laugh now".
(rim shot)!

When did Charlie Rich die, sometime in the '90's wasn't it?

Oh man, Bryan - you're dredging up some "cryin' in your beer songs" here! Great stuff!

I have always really liked Charlie, but prefer more "raw" earlier stuff over the more refined later hits.
I have a couple dozen of his albums. I have collected records for about 40 years now and have quite a huge library.

It'd be nice to have a CD of all his songs in chronological order.....

That could be arranged :cooler:

If you're gonna burn one, could you burn two. I'd be glad to buy one.

So would I...I love Charlie Rich.
