I have a 1500 midget and I want to remove the canister. What do you do with the lines? The line on the valve cover and the two on the carb.

I took the "T" out and piped the large hose from teh valve cover directly into the carb. I also left the smaller hose hooked between the canister and the carb. The jury is still out on this one as I either have a leaking valve cover gasket (which I did disturb) or I'm not getting enough of the gases out of the crank. I'm seeing a small amount of oil collecting at the lip of the valve cover. I think I read about doing this in a book by Lindsay Porter about Midget Restoration. I left the canister in place so far since I have a vent line from the tank to deal with still.
