ill be changing my front lever arms in the next week or so...im wandering if i should get the polyurethane or the standard trunnion bushings......also what else should i replace while doing the job.....the rubber stops, etc..? ....zzimmmmyy

Rubber or Poly Bushings? Depends on what you want. Road car stick to the rubber bushings. Race or autocross you might want the poly bushings. Poly will transmit more road shock to the whole front suspension and steering wheel.
The rubber bump stops - are they rotten? If not keep them as they are a PITA to remove and install.

Get an allignment afterwards. I "eyed" it / "It steers straight" .... and wrecked a set of tires.

But, AFAIK, they can only set the toe-in. So, I set that myself.
