cats on cars

I ran an electric fence from Lowes, around my car about 6/8 inches off the ground. I made a disconnect at the back so I could remove the car.
It takes less than a week, for the cat/cats to learn, and you can leave the power off.
Several times early in the AM, I'd hear a dog yelp, then bark like crazy.
No dog pee on my wheels either.
