I have a Caterham Classic '95, front discs, rear drums. I recall reading that front brakes are from a Triumph Spitfire but not sure. Time for new front pads so if anyone knows specifics would appreciate info so I can order new pads. Thanks, Jay Glass

Could be Spitfire, Jay, but could be something else too. Give Dave Bean a call, see if they can shed some light on it. Or check with the "Golden Gate" Lotus club. They have a good cross-reference database. My method would be to pull one of the pads out and trace the backing plate on a piece of paper then go to NAPA and other parts houses for comparisons. :smirk:

Or post a scan of the tracing with dimensions and mebbe we can confirm!

Most Caterham brakes are GT6 pretty much the same as Spitfire, but rotors and pads may be bigger.
