Heard about this from a Mercury Capri owner who's on the tour.
It's really maddening to hear news like this.FIVE vehicles stolen.

did remind me that I have been thinking of some kind of anti-theft/ tracking device - probably time to give it a bit more thought

One of the car owners who had his car stolen said that he had a removable steering wheel and that he had taken it off and it was with him in his hotel room.
I assume a truck was involved.

If you do include counter measures, hide them well, run them on a separate battery and above all else, dont post or tell anyone about them.
