H-AN8-L/51675 was manufactured 2-5 April 1965; date of despatch to Philadelphia USA was 9 April 1965. The car is still powered by the original engine 10CC-DA-H/26794.

The Heritage Trust certificate was furnished me by my brother as a Christmas present several years ago, and is that neat little slice to complete the pie.

The car is titled as a '66 as per the custom back then; car is currently in Pickerington, OH. I have owned it since 10/31/1998.

Happy Birthday! Was just thinking the other day that Ms Triss turns 40 this year - I think October - will have to get the certificate one day.

Mine turns 47 later this month -- built the week of April 21 - 25, 1969. It wasn't shipped across the pond until the beginning of July, finally making it to a dealer in Chicago by August. What happened to it between then and when Larry (longbridgehealey) purchased it off a student up near Harrisburg, PA some 40 years later is still a mystery. The car does leave some clues -- I know it was rear ended on the left quarter at some point, and in the mid-90s, restorative work was started. It probably sat in storage somewhere for a while, too. Wish this car could talk. Would love to hear the story
