I always thought I’d want mine in green. But the white is really growing on me. Maybe I need one of each.

Does it say Carrera GTS?

Very nice Triumph sedan

What happened...looks like all sorts of cars got mixed up in the show?

Lots to like there.. the red Corvair caught my eye.

Glad you're back. I (we) missed our weekly 'fix'.

The M151A2 (I think) is neat....its got all the safety equipment that was mandated after we left the battlefield & were only training......hated those rollover bars & side nets!

Fantastic pictures! Always appreciated

I truly covet that blue car in the 3rd photo. I looks like a 904 of which I bought several models years ago...
The owner says it once belonged to the 904's designer, Ferdinand "Butzi" Porsche, who used it as a daily driver.

Yes. 904 is Porsche's internal type designation. Apparently they couldn't call it that in public because Peugeot's lawyers claimed they owned the rights to give cars 90# names.

That's normal. It's really more of a "gathering" than a show.

Other than the mini-lot up front where they put the "featured marque" of the day,

C_and_C_2009_07_11_0100.JPG

everything else is up for grabs, first come first served. There aren't designated areas for whatever.

Clubs tend to group together. Regulars do tend to gravitate to the same areas from week to week. A strong British contingent, led by the Triumph posse, generally camps out in the northeast corner.

Thanks. I haven't gone anywhere, just keeping a low profile these days. Been absurdly busy and haven't been able to make C&C every weekend. Plus, I always defer posting to Cliff's superior photography skills on days we're both there.

Today I missed it to wait for the #&@*! cable guy, who's late enough to where I could have gone anyway. :madder:
