Hey all,
I know the trans tunnel one piece carpet had bound edges
but what about the floor pieces ? Specifically the
piece that covers the floor from in front of the seat to
the toeboard. Got the correct snaps to attach but just
not sure if it was bound or not.
Thanks,
Mike

Mike,

Who told you the trans tunnel carpet has bound edges? NO, they are not. The only binding on a BN4 or BN6 carpet anywhere is around the gear lever opening and an inverted U shape over the handbrake cutout. NO other binding....anywhere.

Hey Rich,
That's actually what I meant but my post made it sound like it all was
bound. Thanks for the info on the rest of the carpet as that makes it
a lot easier to fit everything properly. The set I got form AH Spares
is a great set but for whatever reason they bound all the pieces. The
quality of the actual carpet pile is perfect and I believe extremely close
to the original but as they do not fit exact got to cut them up anyway.
Regards,
Mike
