This year the British Car Club Midlands Center will again be merging our British car show with the popular Tartan Day South Festival at the Historic Columbia Speedway. There will be many interesting and entertaining diversions throughout the day, as well as a variety of Celtic themed merchandise and food vendors. Entry fee to the Festival is included in the Registration Fee for drivers and all passengers pay $5.00 each. All years and makes of British cars are welcome!

As always this is a charity event with proceeds going to the Wounded Warrior Project and Hidden Wounds. A 50/50 raffle and silent auction will also take place.

More info and the car show registration form is available at https://www.bccmc.com/CBC-VII.html

Directions: To get to the Columbia Speed way from I-26, take Exit 115-Charleston Highway 176/321 - go north approximately 1.9 miles and then turn right into the speedway parking lot. Signs will direct you to the entrance gate for show participants.

Host Hotels: Wingate Inn at I-20 (exit 61) and Hwy 378 near Lexington. An alternate is the Holiday Inn at I-26 and hwy 378. Both hotels offer a special reduced rate if you mention 'British Car Show', when you make your reservation.

If you have any questions relating to this event please contact Ken Wells at mgs4ever@juno.com

Nearly 100 British cars are now registered! This is also going to be the annual show for the Sunbeam Alpine Owner's Club and so far 29 Sunbeams will be at the show. Less than two weeks until the show so please plan on joining us.

Glad to hear you are coming Don! Are you joining the group from the Charleston British car club that are driving up Sat AM?
Eric

Naw, My wife and I will be coming up solo
We'll be in a Honda

And I always thought that it was warmer in the central part of the state?
Suppose to be cooler than Charley town

Just saw a BEAUTIFUL Alpine on the way to SC from Charlotte on I-77S. Am sure he is headed your way. BRG. VA plate "ALPINE" give him a big welcome when you see him as he had a death grip on the wheel in the torrential downpour here!

Hang around for a while and visit Shelton Vineyards for The Gathering on April 20 ! Over 200 cars registered so far, and I'dLOVE to see more Sunbeams!
