Carb needles, roller rockers.

I have a set of similiar roller rockers on my race car, only problem was cutting away some of the alloy vavle cover so they could fit. I don't know about how much power increase though.
 
I also have the AAA needles in my HS4's. I also run K&N's too, as I recall, so do you.
