Carb Cam shoe and rod assembly

Good day all... I just finished the rebuild of the front HD6 (AUC 914) for the '58 Healey. I have started the rear one only to discover that the cam shoe is missing and the rod is damaged. I bought the carbs on ebay a few months ago and this was the first time I had a chance to REALLY examine them. Moss does not sell these parts. Any suggestions where I might find one??
