We have a track in Illinois that does this, oh the fights that break out, never a dull moment.
 
The confluence of I-275 and I-4 here in Tampa is known as "Malfunction Junction" for a reason. Pieces of "evidence" scattered on both sides of the lanes, from bumpers and fenders, to toilets and boat bits.
 
Reminds me of what the old Al-Can Highway used to look like (though don't know anymore). If you broke down on multi-hundred mile stretches it was all over.
