Car for sale

That's crazy. James Bond or no, no Aston is "worth" $5M.

Heck, a decent driver DB4-5 goes for over $100K nowadays.

Coo-coo prices for the uber-rich.

I'll take my MG or Triumph, just as much fun with change to spare! :yesnod:

You gotta admit it's one helluva profit margin....$12K to $5mil.

The percentages are mind-boggling.

I've plans (in my imagination) to build a micro Bond car out of a Riley Elf.... I think that would be a blast! But I can't source 10" wire wheels! :frown:

I was watching it being auctioned yesterday and I think it went for $1.9M

Peter 10" rims are very hard to find, I just bought a set of Coventry rims from Canada for my Nimrod. It took me almost six months to find a set that I liked (hence Coventry) and a reasonable $. I can't imagine trying to find spoked ones.
