Can't post photos, why?

It seems I'm doing something wrong?

I'll write a couple paragraphs then try to upload a photo.
After the photo is uploaded and shows under the paragraphs, I click save.
This message pops up:

  1. The message you have entered is too short. Please lengthen your message to at least 1 characters.
No matter what I do, I get that message. Why?
