TR2/3/3A Cam timing TR3

I'm in the process of assembling my TR3 engine for the second time (please don't ask) and I was hoping that someone out there would have information on timing Kastner's "D grind" cam. I know some people to call, but I figured at least 3 people in this forum would know the answer.

Thanks...

I bought a brand-new Racetorations cam from England (which I'm going to sell on Ebay) and it came with these timing instructions: The #1 intake valve should be set at 107 degrees after TDC. I'm wondering if the "D grind" cam has the same timing specs.

By the way Alan, you're one of the three people I thought would know the answer! I did go to kazkastner.com, but I need the answer before I could recieve his book in the mail.
