Just to introduce myself.

A 1991 Lotus Turbo SE owner. I also own and drive a 1979 MGB roadster.

The Lotus is my second car of this type. I had a 1985 Turbo Esprit previously.

I am a retired L.A. City Prosecutor living in Santa Barbara County (CA).

Other hobbies include flying (C-150 owner), sailing, Amateur Radio, RC planes and helicopters, and collecting and driving British sportscars, of course.

Welcome, you'll fit in...we have a good Lotus base plus lots of aviators.

Welcome aboard! 73's to ya, too.

Wrenched on a few of the Esprits, haven't owned one (still possible, tho).

Welcome!

There are a number of pilots here, including me.....I have an old rag-and-tube Airknocker (+ an MGB ten years older than your's).

You'll fit in well here!

Man, I didn't realize there were so many aviators on here! Welcome!! You'll find an awfully lot of great people here as I have...lots of help available with no put-downs for what you don't know. My wife and I are both commercial pilots and flight instructors (in a previous life)! Anyone who wants to talk airplanes or helicopters can PM us. I've always thought a Lotus would be fun.

And ya don't ~HAVE~ one, Gar?!?!?

wow..

Hi There,

"Welcome" to "THEE" best Brit Car Forum on the East Coast, West Coast or "Anywhere" for that matter.

Have fun here and with your "New/Old" toys.

Not yet...Carla won't go along with another project until this MGB is driving!! I don't understand why that is.
