I hope all the left-coast members have survived OK!
Reports?

Was BIG stuff here! Was at the bench, looked out side and watched the antenna on the car wave back at me. Dogs and horses where not happy. Nothing lost here.
Cheers,
D.
Ps; it was a 7.2

Significantly strong quake (7.2)but the reports are all stating no significant damage or injuries though many reports of people thinking it was "the big one"!! Got lucky

Where was the heffi-center? I thought I felt a little sumthin' for a split second while I was filing. That's metal, not taxes.

My son is there TDY (Temporary Duty) doing some flying for the Air Guard. He thought the people upstairs in his apartment were partying too hard!

Here in the LA area, it wasn't strong, but it just went on and on. My immediate thought was that this was a big one, but far away.

The epicenter was in Baja, so San Diego probably got a pretty good jolt. Fallbrook isn't far from San Diego, so no surprise that it was fairly strong there.

Here is some info from the USGS.

We are in San Diego and felt it big time. The epicenter is in a relatively sparsely populated area in Baja so it will be awhile before accurate damage reports get out.
