What happened when you tried the built-in method?
Settings > Update & security > Recovery > Go back to Windows 7
Well it finally happened. My new laptop went haywire. Windows 10. Startup menu doesn't work, left click doesn't work, etc. I have no idea what to do other than take it in to a repair shop down here in Florida. Any suggestions from someone tech savvy?
