Used my two gift certificates to have the the carbs rebuilt
by Apple Hydraulics,& was told that I need to clean out the gas tank.
I also noticed that the radiator was leaking,so took it into the shop,&
am waiting for it.Told it might need a new core.
Pulled the gas tank,& took it to the radiator shop to be boiled
out.Anything else I should do to it?First time in almost 50 years it's been
out of the car - I'm NOT doing it again in 50 years! This is turning into
an expensive repair.
Anybody have good bolt that goes from the top (body color)?

Nope - no problems here.
Just needed to give you guys a break from me.
I also meant to post that in the MG Forum.

Doug if you're keeping the car you might consider having the gas tank coated inside with POR 15. I have done that with several tanks for myself and others. Makes them last a really long time.
