I posted this in the MG forum the but the news said there was an MG meet in town and it was pouring rain when I got home from work and so does anybody know about a meet in Asheville? I wanted to know how long they will be in town. I got to work tomorrow and so they might be gone.

Hey, regularman, you missed it. The show was Wed. and the event was over Thurs. night with everyone leaving on Fri. morning. I drove up with 3 MGAs and a B. Show was nice, lots of nice MGAs and more Magnettes than I've ever seen. Think there were 14 there. Turns out they are in the MGA registry because they are essentially an MGA with a different body. There were only two Midgets and only about 12 "other British" cars. Anyway, we really enjoyed Asheville (except for the roads directly in front of the Crowne Plaza which are a nightmare) and spent a lot of time downtown and in the river arts area. Restaurants downtown were all very good. Also, Hap came over from Greenville and gave a tech session!

Kim,

See what happens when you go away for a while. We're still glad you're back.
