Found this advertised on Craigslist as a 1973. RWA and a rumber bumber - don't all 75+ models have the orig rear wheel arch design??

Yes, as far as I know, all rubber bumper cars have the "flat arch" rear fenders.
That's weird.

I can only assume someone converted it to RWA (like I did....my race car is a RB car that I converted)....

....or it's an old car with rubber bumpers added.
 
75 first year of RB

Came with Squares.

Mb someone changed front clip.

Agree w/someone changed front clip. The 74 fenders have holes cut for turn lamps. The 75-79s have big rectangles cut larger than 74 turn lamps. It could be that someone just stuck the rubber bumper on there. The back of the 75-79s had the lower portion under the turn lamps chopped out to fit the bumper.
