Bugsy III Update
Got a call from my friend who has Bugsy III in his garage yesterday evening. Said he was told Duplicate IN Title is on it's way from CO to the owner in Cincinnati. Car was last titled in 1978 and sitting ever since. Getting much, much closer to bringing home a '59 BE Parts Car and a better bonnet to go on Bugsy II. Rearranged and made space in the garage at the lake cottage so Bugsy III will have a home. Now after 3 years of chasing this one, I think I'll be able to get this sale closed and done in the next few weeks. Guessing this one will end up a Parts Car but likely will become available for sale after I get the chance to get a close look over. Needs floors, A Posts, and Rockers but rear of tub is sound and undented. Got a 948 and Smoothcase that could go with it along with the Bonnet which is repairable from Bugsy II. Funds would go towards restoration of Bugsy II. It's getting closer. Now that September is upon us, my wife will finally be forced to stop water skiing. Water will be getting just too darn cold. I'll then have time to really get started again on Bugsy II Project. Keep your fingers crossed for me.
