bugeye washer pump question

We would like to know the proper routing of the washer line from the bottle to the pump. Also, what secures the pump housing (the 'bell' the wash knob enters when activated) to the dash. It looks like some sort of 'star' might be pushed on from the back? We have (thanks to Larry Miller) the pump, knob, and bell. Two nuts secure the pump to the bell, but what holds the bell in place?
