bugeye value?

Have you looked at it yet? Even done in a very forgiving white, there looks like a lot of waving and bondo work around the lights ect both front and back.

Those pictures don't show any detail, and this is a new ebay-er. Not meaning to cast aspersions, but you'd do well to check it out in person...

I agree with Bryan, this car needs to be inspected in person. There are no pics of the underside at all and I notice the engine compartment wasn't refinished in the "8 year restoration" either. The absence of the fender beading is a personal choice, just a reminder though, no way it could be considered "concours" without them. The seller may like the look but has strayed a bit from an original looking Bugeye and IMHO has hurt the value.
I see the bidding is almost up to 7k already, maybe as high as 8k is fair given it does have a hard top but I would really want to see the underside first.....

I am thinking of reordering my project list, if you would like to look at a project that needs to be built, give me a call at 781 545-3699. I am located in Scituate, Mass. about an hour from Hyannis.
