Bugeye suspension help

I finally got all but one of my stainless steel brake lines in (waiting on line that goes from master cylinder to union and a cluth line) and I am ready to put the suspension together. I am putting in the spring pans first. It looks like the PO overtightened the fulcrum pins - I will be straigtening out that mess today hopefully. I staightened one yesterday, and I can see it will be difficult to slide the bushings in. Can someone offer any tips that will make this go more smoothly?

No advice on the bushings, but congrats on getting the lines in. Hopefully your (and mine, for that matter) master -> brake union line will come back correctly.
