I don't have a Bugeye but the bag on my Mk 2 is 24 inches long and 9 inches wide when closed. There is a 6 ich wide flap for closing the bag. It is black vinyl and has two closure straps that are 6 1/2 inches in from each end. They are the same vinyl as the bag and are one inch wide and 36 inches long. They are fastened to the bag 12 inches from one end of the strap. HTH
