Getting ready to test fit the front on the bugeye for a pre-paint trial. Tips/steps for installing? Looks like a natural process for an octopus. Do you do props first? It's a standard factory lash up. re: hinged at the rear. How many people do you use? Inner fender bumpers? etc.
 
It’s much easier to start a nut onto a stud than a bolt into a hole. I have cut the head off of a bolt so that I have threads on both ends and put that into one hinge hole in each side Make sure that you have good clean threads that you are going to start the nut on. Put the stud through the hinge and put the nut and a washer on them and it will help line up the other bolts. Once you have the rest of the bolts started unscrew the studs and replace them with bolts. Best done with three people.
