Bugeye headlight wiring help

Me again. So, I have a new wiring harness. The last thing (besides the heater) I need to hook up is the headlights. The headlight wires themselves are in good condition. The problem is that the colored cloth they were covered in is gone or so faded that there is no color left. Is there any way to determine what wires get hooked up where on the harness?

This should help, Kev.

There are a set of bullet connectors on the PS Front that are right by the horn. Check and see if you have voltage on the B/W and B/R wires. Both wires then go to the RF Headlight and then with a double bullet jump over to the FL Headlight. Three possible corrosion points there to check out and clean.

Thanks, guys. The diagram made it simple. I will have to take the headlights out to figure everything out. I am guessing the plug is the same on both sides, correct?
Kevin

yup.

So did it work?

I got side tracked by the heater. I won't get a chance to work on it now until this weekend. I won't really know if it works until I get a battery. By the way, I am going to put some sort of temporary fuse in before I turn on anything. I think I have everything correct, but just in case, what type of fuse should I use, and where specifically should I put it?
