Bugeye grille sourcing?

I don't have a grille for my 1960 Bugeye. I see that AH Spares has one for $280 or so. Anyone have that one? Seems kind of pricey. Any suggestion on any other sources? Jim

I ordered one for a friend, top quality and the fit was perfect. Remember to add to your expense the foreign exchange rate of 2%. Also you may have to pay a customs tax, I’ve order small single orders and they let it slip by; I know customs will hit you up on big orders though….

Or there are other choices. Not mine but interesting.

Stainless Steel Mesh. One does not need an eyebrow. My current BE Grille on Bugsy has the eyebrow removed.

Good grilles are expensive and hard to find.

Actually, I like the mesh look. Had not thought about that. Do you just attach it from the back?

It is a quality unit.
Just put one on Mimi as mentioned by BlueMax.
Pricey but still about the same as the quotes locally for
re-chroming my original.

This guy trades old rusty grilles for nice refurbished grilles if you pony up about $350.

Check out ebay item: 360374063707

I have an original that will need rechroming if interested.

Anyone getting it from AH Spares - remember how much they charged for shipping?
