I see someone else has found "SearchTempest" (which is a neat way to scan Craigslist across the country). It's a shame this guy didn't post even one photo.
 
Look on the second page for the one listed in Charlotte, NC...there are pictures. There's an interesting one in MO as well. The link I posted should have been for the individual listing, but gave all results...sorry.

Looks like there is a Bugeye in CLeveland(Medina) that is in there as well. Also lists an Alfa Engine which makes for an interesting engine upgrade. It's listed as parts but I see a BE in the pictures.

I thought the one with the Cortina engine was a neat car as well. It must be the selling season for Bugeyes! The '58 BE I mentioned a couple of weeks ago has been posted on Craigs List for $8500. Lots of new parts, 5 speed with Rivergate and gear reduction starter, newly rebuilt 1275, new chrome, some assembly required. Last visit there he had all of the correct '58 parts and was doing a good job of making it correct. Too bad he can't finish it for medical reasons.

I think that's a Mk2, but interesting with an Alfa engine, also an interesting bonnet.

Where is the listing for the car in Cleveland (Medina)? I didn't know there were any bugeyes anywhere near me here in Medina.
