Bill - The tools should have markings on each end that show that they size is Whitworth or BSF (i.e. 1/4W or 1/4BSF). The other way to determine if they are Whitworth or BSF is to measure the space between the flats. If that space measures even 1/4, 5/16, etc., then they are AF (across the flats) or American sizes. I am sending you a chart of wrench AF measurements for American, British and Metric wrenches, that should be of some help to you in determining what you have. I have no idea what SCUSA stands for. By the way, Whitworth and BSF use the same AF measurements on the wrenches. The only difference is that a 1/4W wrench fits a 1/4W bolt head or a 5/16BSF bolt head, otherwise they are the same (albeit, somewhat confusing to the unitiated).
Cheers,
