Need to replace my carpet in my TR7 convertible. VB has them on sale right now. Mine is the Chestnut Brown with the plaid interior. I just got off the phone with them and wanted a description of their brown kit and all they could tell me is it's dark brown. So has anyone here purchased a brown kit and what shade of brown is it?
 
Won't they send you a small sample to see the color?
 
Seems like a "gamble" purchasing from them... you may pay more, but other companies will send a small sample so you know what you're getting.
 
Your right! This is a budget operation though but would like a proper color too. Victoria interiors are very nice and I'm pretty confident of their fit too. I have a trump card though a local retired upholster that is super cheap that will make and install for $250 but just a little darker than I want.
 
$35 shipping from VB and to send it back shipping is on me again. Approx $70 for a hit or miss is too rich for me.
