TR6 Broken Throttle Shaft

I was looking at the carbs on the TR6 and noticed that one seemed to be frozen. I took them off and one is ok. Probably needs a rebuild but the other is not in good shape.
The slide (Air valve I think) is frozen and will not budge. But worse than this is the throttle shaft is actually broken. It has cracks around the throttle plate screw holes.
I am going to leave that carb to soak for a while and see what happens with the air valve. Also , the damper won't come out..it also is stuck.
Can I replace a throttle shaft?

Thanks

Well, I guess I should have been more clear on my question.
I wasnt sure about the availability of parts like a throttle shaft for these carbs.
I'm still working on freeing the air valve. So far it is stuck solid.

You can get throttle shafts. Moss, the Roadster Factory, Victoria British, and others have them listed in their catalogs.
Air Valves, no, but you might convince Joe Curto to turn loose of one...If not, let me know I might.
Joe has the carb parts too, but he doesn't have an illustrated parts catalog like the others I mentioned.

Well, of course if I can't free the air valve then a whole new carb is in order.
I'll have to keep working with this one to see. I can't get too rough with it of course.
Thanks
