broken oil cooler fitting

Hi all,
I posted earlier about a transmission problem in my 76 MGB. While dismantling to pull the engine the fitting on the oil cooler popped out. Is this fixable? I know they are not too expensive but tings are starting to add up.

Paul, you gonna a need a new oil cooler, they are not terribly expensive. One should always use two wrenches when removing the oil cooler line from the oil cooler, one on the hex of the fitting attached to the oil cooler and one on the oil line fitting, even then, if they been on there forever, the fitting on the oil cooler can still fail. British Parts NW has some good prices on the oil cooler, I would recommend you buy the smaller one. Hope this helps.
