My first car was a wonderful 1964 TR4 in BRG ! A vry tidy and sound Triumph but I wanted a Healey so bad I traded it title for title for a 1961 Austin Healey 3000 with a bad engine! My father threatened to kill me! A month later after numerous incidents of being stranded I sold it to the local BMC mechanic and bought a 62 TR4!
This was the first of many stories involving motors from the British Isles! Anyway, I currently own a 1965 AH 3000, rhd, imported from the UK, a 1966 Mini Cooper 1275S rally car plus a 1972 Land Rover ex RAF Military Lightweight, 2 LR Discoveries, a Freelander and a P38 Range Rover! Sick I am truely sick!

Hi There oneohsix,

(1st) "Welcome" to "THEE" best LBC Forum anywhere but I guess you already know that.

(2nd) Your "Illness" (Obscession) with Brit Cars is simply a "Natural" (Normal)way of life for "ALL" of us here! Its just like sitting at a Bar & saying I`m only going to have "1" Draft Beer! Right!!

There is no doubt that you will fit in with all the other "Sick" folks here.

Enjoy the Ride.

Regards, Russ
