British Racing Green PPG Paint Code

I loved and miss my Triumph TR4A, but this question is about my other love, my 1966 Donzi ski Sporter 16' Boat. We are restoring our boat that has been in the family since new and will need to paint, but I am trying to match the factory "Grumble Green" gel color with a coat of PPG paint. Grumble Green is basically a version of the BRG.

Can anyone help with what the paint code is for matching this old color as close as possible? If not what is the procedure or who can I talk to for computer matching (in the Seattle area)?

Not a car, but hoping someone can offer advice

Thanks for your help

Bob

If you take a panel to the paint shop they should be able to match the colour.

Go here, (link), and open the MG paint codes! Scroll down and you will find codes for two different BRG colors, Regular and dark. As there are no PPG codes, a paint shop can cross them over for you or use a paint that conform to one of the listed codes. PJ

My uncle had one of those - white with a red stripe as I recall. Wickedly fast as well! I believe he ended up selling it because no one wanted to ride in it! I wouldn't mind having one to pull behind my MGB. Keep us posted on the restoration.
