British Handbrake Identification....Triumph Model??

As per pic#1.

Pic #2 shows TR4A on top and the handbrake in question of unknown origin underneath for comparison.
Pic #3 shows the larger hand grip in comparison to the TR4A.

My original thought was another model Triumph, but maybe not...As you can see, the rachet plate is unusual having two mounting bolt points.
