BritFest - 2013

I went to Britfest for the morning yesterday (it's very close to my house).

Met some old friends and also saw some neat cars.

Photos in the link are in no particular order.

Many, many nice MGs (this is an MG Club event).

The Rolls-Royce Shooting Brake was keen and the D-Type Jag replica was quite something. Also a glorious Lotus Elite. A very nice red MGA coupe for sale ($15,000.....a great deal).

Also, TWO MGs with old-school Chrysler Hemis (the MGB had a Powerglide box and the TD had open headers). Well done but strange.

And an MGB with a strange head fitted with twin Weber sidedrafts......

And a stock, rubber bumper MGB with automatic (apparently the only one....it was a special "safety car" project they worked at in Leonia; the US headquarters at the time).

Assorted Landies, Mogs and an Aston-Martin.

Tons of TR6s, a Herald, two Stags and one TR7.

I like the intake set-up on the Spit in the fourth photo.
