Anybody going to the British Car show at Peddler's Village Saturday?

Run by the MG Club of Philly.

Never been there before.

I'll be bringing my BE to it's first show (even though its not close to ready for a show /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif )

Frank,

I'll have to look you up.

Hopefully my BE makes it, I'm having clutch issues, so we'll see if we make it or if it gets towed back home.

Not pulling the engine now to see what's wrong.

I am going to swing by but not in the Midget.
Its pretty local to me.

Oh and there is Brits on the Delaware Saturday, October 20th too. American Grill in Kintnersville, Pa

It was a nice day with nice cars!

Really nice paint on this one.

It was a really nice day. Lots of cars. A lot of MGB's, a lot of Triumphs, some nice E-types, a few 3000's. Probably about 100 cars (?)

My car was the ugly blue one in your posted pic RocknTommy. This winter: a new paint job, cleaned-up wheels.

There was a very nice light-green BE with a white hardtop mixed in with the Big Healey's - it had Gerry Coker's signature on the front inside fender.

I heard a few AC Cobra's appeared toward the end of the show - I missed them because I drove out a different entrance. But my son loved them.

I was able to make it to the show, but the trip back wasn't as good:

Seems the Distributor worked its way loose and the timing kept going bad. Couldn't get the distributor to stay still - even with duct tape !!! After stopping 8 times to re-adjust, I finally gave up.

Not sure who was next to me. Never really saw them.

It was a nice looking car though - the kids were asking why mine didn't look that nice and when I was going to add a rollbar and the nicer seats,...

Can't please everybody - I was just happy to make it to the show !!!

Glad you had a good day till right at the end.
