Um.....if the whole MGC transplant thing doesn't work out....I have a 56 MkI that will be a VERY good home for that engine!! :laugh:

Rick,

Given that the C motor has some lineage with Rolls Royce, perhaps you should find a Rolls Royce Merlin fighter plane engine to go in it.

That supercharged intake underneath and the output shaft for the propeller shaft notwithstanding, it should be an easy fit.

A little fibreglass, some bondo, repaint the engine bay and voila! :lol:
