You missed the eyeball up in the upper left hand corner... Those things with a UFO sometimes are usually in the BizarroComics.com pictures.

The reference is to "apocalypse now" and the Air Cav leader who stated:

Kilgore: Smell that? You smell that?
Lance: What?
Kilgore: Napalm, son. Nothing else in the world smells like that.
[kneels]
