Yes....Most likely your front calipers need rebuilding and new front brake pads, You will Need to have the front rotors cut providing they are within spec....as for the rear....check your rear brake linings for excessive wear and metal to metal contact with your brake drums. Anytime a full brake job is done, the rear wheel cylinders should be replaced along with all soft brake hoses front and rear. If you plan on doing a full rebuild, front calipers and rear wheel cylinders and soft brake lines....it's a perfect time to convert to Dot 5 and move away from the paint eating dot 3 fluid. Michael.

Presume you have the 'anti-squeal' shims installed? If so, is the squeaking new? May be the pads have gotten glazed.
